Testimonials
See What Your Neighbors Have Been Saying About Us
“We had a kitchen, two bathrooms, and flooring all needing work at the same time and were nervous about coordinating multiple contractors. Luke handled every trade under one schedule — and when sequencing shifted mid-project, they sorted it out without ever making it our problem. Having one team manage everything made a genuinely overwhelming project feel completely under control.”
“We'd been putting off the kitchen remodel for years because it felt like too much to coordinate. Marco walked us through the full layout plan before any work started, explained every trade in sequence, and kept us updated throughout the build. It came in on budget and looks exactly like we hoped.”
“We had a cramped bathroom with a tub we hadn't used in years and lighting that made the whole room feel dingy. Marco suggested pulling the tub entirely to get the curbless shower we actually wanted — and we're so glad we listened. The tile work is immaculate and they hit every milestone exactly on schedule.”
“I called a few flooring contractors and most just wanted to talk product without looking at what was under the carpet. Luke actually walked the subfloor with me, found a soft spot near the bathroom, and took care of it before any material went down. They pulled carpet, prepped, installed, and site-finished the whole house in five days — the floors look incredible.”
“Our 1940s house had original single-pane windows that rattled every time a truck went by and made winters miserable. Marco's crew replaced all 14 windows and the entry door in three days, and the flashing and trim work was done cleanly the first time. Our heating bills dropped noticeably the first month and the house looks so much better from the street.”

“I'd heard ADU permitting in Seattle was a nightmare and honestly almost didn't move forward. Marco walked me through the land use, building, and inspection process at the start and managed every step himself — I never had to follow up on anything. The build came in on schedule, passed final inspection the first attempt, and it rented out the first week we listed it.”
“We wanted a primary suite but our house is a 1920s Craftsman and we were worried an addition would just look stuck on. Luke brought in all the right details — matching siding profile, the trim style, the roofline tie-in — and the crew executed it perfectly. You genuinely can't tell the addition was added later, which is exactly what we wanted.”
“I'd been working from the dining room table for two years with everyone walking through and finally decided to do something about our unused single-car garage. Marco laid out exactly what we'd get — spray foam, mini-split, fiber conduit, new windows — and came in on budget and on time. It's now the best room in the house.”
“We'd been using our basement as overflow storage for years and just couldn't see past it. Luke walked through it with us, pointed out what was possible with the ceiling height and egress options, and laid out a clear scope with no surprises. We went from concrete floor and exposed joists to a family room, bedroom, and full bath in six weeks.”
“Our backyard was just dead space — a rotting wood deck that wasn't usable in the rain and no real outdoor living to speak of. Marco designed a two-level covered deck with a gas fire pit and cable railing to keep the lake views, and it completely changed how we use the house. We're out there year-round now and it was absolutely worth every penny.”
