- Is the estimate free?
- Yes. We visit the site, review the scope with you, and provide a detailed written estimate at no charge.
- How long does it take to get an estimate?
- We typically schedule a site visit within a few days of your request and follow up with a written estimate within a week. Larger or more complex scopes may take a bit longer.
- What information should I have ready?
- A rough sense of what you want to change and any photos or inspiration you've collected. You don't need plans or firm decisions — that's what the site visit is for.
- Is your estimate a fixed price or a ballpark?
- We provide detailed line-item estimates, not rough ballparks. Once the scope is agreed upon and materials are selected, we hold to that number. Change orders only happen when you ask for something outside the original scope.
- Do you work with homeowners who are still in the planning phase?
- Absolutely. Many clients come to us before they've made any final decisions. The estimate conversation helps clarify what's realistic for your budget and timeline.
